Get to know me
Trust begins with connection
I am an early bird, always have been. I rise with the sun and look forward to a 40-minute meditation and an exercise class that kickstarts my morning.
Staying active and being outdoors in nature helps me reconnect with myself. It is important for me to feel rejuvenated to fulfill my purpose to the fullest. I am full of life when I am able to contribute to the community around me and support creating positive change.

My Story
It begins with love
My journey began with a profound love for children, leading me to study Early Childhood Education at university. This passion deepened when I met a professor who ignited my interest in the significant impact of early childhood experiences on adulthood.
We allow ourselves to grow
Seeking broader horizons, I moved to Australia, where I taught and eventually managed an Early Childhood Centre. This role allowed me to train educators and support parents, deepening my commitment to nurturing growth in both children and families.
My work with Save the Children Australia challenged me to build trust with children and parents in vulnerable areas, expanding my understanding of family dynamics.
We integrate what we learn
All these experiences have come full circle, allowing me to create and integrate those learnings into how I currently practice. I consider my approach to be whole family support, which starts with the parent.
As the parent, you have the maximum opportunity to create the most good for your child and to allow them to grow into the best versions of themselves which are carried into their adulthood. The way I do this is by giving you access to tools that enable you and your child(ren) a space of safeness and growth that will tap into your innate ability to form the relationship you desire to have with your children.
It is an amazing journey to be a parent. I wish only to help you create this to the fullest.

I was born in the United States, grew up in Lebanon, and now reside in Australia. I have a fused experience of many cultures and communities which allows me to better understand and connect with families from different backgrounds.
