Over 8 to 12 sessions, we’ll work together to define your goals, explore your strengths, and create a roadmap for your life. In between sessions, light activities will help you reflect and apply what we discuss, keeping you focused and motivated.

First, we set a free 30-minute online/phone consultation to address what you are hoping to accomplish or resolve. This is when we decide if hiring a coach is right for you.
Then, we talk via online/phone once a week for 8-12 sessions in total.
Throughout the sessions, I listen attentively, ask thought-provoking questions, and offer kind, non-judgmental support.
Between each session, we will add light activities catered to your experience and environment which prepares you for the next session and bring you closer to your vision
